I have already taken the advice of Dr. Oz before and have him to thank for the weight I've already lost. Taking CLA and Raspberry Ketones totally works btw, Primaforce Max CLA 90 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder. The Green Coffee Bean Extract seems to have a similar effect on me, my weight loss has slowed down but this is due to my body hitting a plateau which I'm working on overcoming by mixing up my workouts, diet, etc. I'm also not taking the cla or ketones right now because I wanted to try this first. At this point, I would probably recommend CLA and Raspberry Ketones because of the difference in price but I do like what I've experienced...
