If you heard about it on the Dr. Oz show, then remember they said to get a product without any fillers like the ones listed on their label. I'm trying to find such a product. Heard good things about the company, however, on this company's website the label for this product says "Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable cellulose (capsule), vegetable stearate, silica."You can check it out for yourself. I took them for almost a month and lost close to 5 pounds which, trust me, is a big accomplishment for me in this time. I have had a hard time losing weight since I had my second child. My goal to start was to loose 40 lbs.I also started taking Primaforce Max CLA 90 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder since they are natural too minus the caffeine and any other additional ingredients that may I be over-sensitive.
