However, there are so many fad diets, exercises machines and programs that promise you immediate results, but doesn't yield you good results. To achieve ripped abs faster than anyone else, you need to increase your metabolism, through exercise and watching your diet.

The many machines, exercises and fad diets that we see in the media, each promising immediate and easy results, are not effective. Some machines and exercises claim by focussing the abs directly will get you ripped abs, while others just promise you the quick results by taking a pill.

Metabolism can be increased by increasing lean body mass. To increase our lean body mass, resistance exercises will help our body burn fat. The resistance training will help our body to burn calories and burn excess body fat.

Resistance training helps us develop and sculpt our body as well as help increase our muscle activity. Keep your muscle active as it helps in burning extra calories.

In addition to resistance training, interval training has been effective in getting enhanced results. Training in intrevals trains the body to act to the increased anaerobic activity. When this occurs, the body must increase its lean body mass and needs more energy to be used. This in turn burns out the extra calories. It has been found out even after finishing your workout your body burns excess energy.

Watching our diet is another factor we need to consider. We need to avoid sugary snacks, fast food, fatty processed foods and sodas. By increasing our intake of lean protein and complex carbohydrates, we can monitor the calories we take in and help our body to use more calories than we take in.

Break your meals this will help to keep our energy levels stable and keep our blood sugar from fluctuating up or down too much. So try to focus on your workouts as it burns additional fat.
